What is Screen Printing?

Screen Printing is the process of applying ink to (just about) any material through a mesh screen.
Although the overall process has changed since it's first inception in China around 900AD, a stencil has always been used to block ink from passing through the screen, allowing only the desired image to be repeatedly printed.

How long does the order process take?

Our typical lead time is 2 weeks from the time you place your order and pay any applicable deposits or fees. 

Be sure to provide any concrete deadlines when placing your order, so we can get your job ready to print as quickly as possible!

If our lead time is extended, we will let you know when you place your order. 

Rush Orders are possible for an additional fee, depending on how quickly you need your order.

What design files do you accept?

We need vector design files for screen printing to ensure your art looks great on any product.
This would be in the form of a ready-to-use PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), or .SVG file.

Don't have a vector file? Don't worry!
We will carefully digitize your art and get it ready to print for an additional charge, and you'll get a copy for future use. 

I don't have a design, can you create one for me?

Absolutely! One of our greatest strengths is taking your ideas or inspiration to create something truly custom!

If you come to us with images, thoughts, or even just a concept, we will provide you with a digital mockup and make the necessary adjustments to meet your design needs!

How do you calculate pricing?

Our pricing guide is carefully updated and maintained to bring you the best price possible for our custom, hand-made products.
When you're looking for a quote: please have the most accurate overall item count and the latest version of your art ready for us to determine the process, timeline and pricing for your custom order. 

We offer quantity discounts, especially on large orders! 

A $3 per-item extended size fee is applied to apparel sized 2XL-5XL. 

What is your minimum order size?

Wholesale Pricing has a minimum quantity of 24 items.

Small-Batch Printing, orders under 24 items, is available at retail pricing.
